The Rundown Studio Prompt Library

The Deal (Our Agreement)

This Prompt Library is offered by THE ZVG LLC (referred to herein as "The Rundown" or "We").

The Rundown provides access to prompts created primarily for communications, newsrooms, and African/Kenyan contexts. This content is our intellectual property. Some prompts are free, some require payment. By using this library, you accept these terms.

Your Rights (The License)

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your individual use. You may:

  • Use these prompts in your professional work or for client projects.
  • Modify them for your specific needs.
  • Keep the outputs and content you create using the prompts (that output is yours).
  • Build your skills with them.

What You Cannot Do (Restrictions)

You cannot resell, redistribute, or republish these prompts—whether unchanged, lightly edited, or repackaged as your own product. You cannot share paid prompts with people who haven't paid for them. You cannot remove attribution or claim authorship. If your team requires access, please contact us for information on group licensing.

Payment & Access

All sales are final once you access the content. If there's a technical issue preventing access, contact The Rundown within 48 hours.

When you purchase a prompt, you get lifetime access for your individual use, including any future updates to that specific prompt.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are handled by our managing entity, THE ZVG LLC.

Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

Performance and Responsibility:

  • Model Dependence: We have optimized these prompts on the latest large language models (LLMs). However, prompt performance and output quality are subject to change based on updates, drift, and variations in the underlying LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, etc.). We are not responsible for changes in model performance.
  • We believe that critical human judgment and professional review are essential: The prompts are tools designed to assist, not replace, human thinking.
  • User Responsibility: You are fully and solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using the content generated by the prompts, especially for publication or professional advice.
  • Limitation of Liability: The prompts and content are provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or costs incurred by you or your clients arising from the use or inability to use the library content.

Updates

We improve prompts based on feedback and changes in the industry. You automatically get those improvements for anything you've purchased. We can update these terms with notice—continued use means you accept the changes.

The Reality (Trust)

We are not tracking your team's Slack channels or watching who forwards what. We are building this library because We believe in the value of good prompts for our industry.

What We are asking for is basic professional respect: if you paid for something, don't give it away to people who didn't. This library works on trust. If that trust gets violated repeatedly and obviously, We will address it. But We would rather spend our time creating better prompts than policing bad actors.

Privacy & Data Handling

We take your privacy seriously. By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our separate Privacy Policy.

  • Payment Provider: We use Polar as our payment provider. They process and store necessary payment and customer data on our behalf. Please consult Polar’s separate terms and privacy policy for details on how they handle your financial information.

Disputes

These terms are governed by US law. If we have a disagreement, let's talk first and try to resolve it informally.
